Delivery and pickup dates
chosen by your shoppers, checked at checkout

Shoppers pick a date and a time slot in the cart. The choice is saved on the order. Set your days, slots, capacity, notice and cutoff times, and the checkout refuses dates your rules do not allow. A flat monthly price, no fee per order.

Three steps

Describe when you deliver, add the picker to your theme, and let the checkout enforce it.

1

Describe your options

One option per delivery area or pickup spot: open days, time slots, how many orders a slot takes, minimum notice, an order cutoff time and blackout dates.

2

Add the picker to your theme

Add the date block to the cart page and, if you have a cart drawer, turn on the app embed. Add the estimate block to product pages if you want it.

3

Orders arrive with a date

The date, time slot and option are saved on the order. The checkout blocks missing or invalid dates, and your Schedule lists confirmed deliveries day by day.

What shoppers see

A small picker in the cart with the days that are open and the slots that are free, in the language of your store. On product pages an optional line says when the earliest delivery or pickup could be. Shoppers never type personal details into the app.

Good to know

  • Capacity is held at the picker, not at checkout. A Shopify checkout rule cannot count bookings. The picker holds a slot for the shopper and the store’s order tracking confirms it when the order is placed. A shopper who edits the cart data by hand could still book a full slot.
  • Confirmation depends on the shopper’s browser. A booking is confirmed when the thank-you page reports the order. A checkout that never reaches it is not counted, and its place comes back when the hold ends. A cancelled order keeps its place until you free it in the Schedule.
  • The checkout checks dates, not clock times of a slot. It blocks missing dates, closed and blackout days, notice, cutoff times, days too far ahead and slots that do not exist. Same-day slot notice is applied by the picker.
  • The option is a label. Set up the matching shipping rate or local pickup in Shopify too. Express buttons such as Shop Pay skip the cart, so the checkout asks the shopper to go back and choose a date.

Date and time slots

Checkout enforcement

A checkout rule that works on every Shopify plan stops orders with a missing or invalid date, with a message in the shopper’s language.

Estimated delivery

A product page line with the first free date and, when it applies, how long the shopper has to order to get it.

Schedule and CSV

Confirmed deliveries by day with a link to each order, free a place when an order is cancelled, and export to CSV.

Questions

Does it block orders without a date?

Yes, when you switch on “Require a date before checkout”. A Shopify checkout rule rejects carts that ship something and have no valid date, or a date your rules do not allow. You can limit it to products with a tag.

Can capacity be exceeded?

Rarely, and we say so plainly. Capacity is held when the shopper picks a slot and confirmed by the store’s order tracking, but a checkout rule cannot count bookings. Edge cases are a slow confirmation or a shopper editing the cart data by hand. You can see and free places in the Schedule.

Does it read orders or customers?

No. The app asks for no access to orders or customers and receives no order webhooks. The date is saved on the cart and shows on the order. The order number comes from the store’s order tracking only to confirm the slot.

Does it work with my theme and cart drawer?

The cart block works with Online Store 2.0 themes. For drawers and popup carts, turn on the app embed, which opens a small date window when Checkout is clicked without a date.

Is the delivery option a shipping rate?

No. It is a label saved on the order. Create the matching shipping rate or local pickup in Shopify as you do today.

Does the price go up as the store grows?

No. It is $14.99 or $39 a month, however many orders you take.

What happens when I cancel?

The picker and the checkout rule are switched off straight away, so shoppers are not asked for a date. Your options and bookings stay until the store is erased after an uninstall.
